-Application forms (photocopies acceptable) clearly completed. Delays may occur if all questions are not answered.
-Original air ticket + photocopy or flight itinerary
-One (1) recent passport size photo (black & white or colour)
-A valid passport for six (6) months from the date of departure and must have blank pages (NO EXCEPTION)

     a)-TOURISM VISA:

• Confirmation of hotel booking must be included with all documents.

• A letter from your employer on a company letter head, stating how long you will be away from work, itinerary or invitation letter if you did not book through a travel agency. If you are travelling on business, the letter from your company should detail the nature of your business, including Malagasy companies (full details of companies) or offices you will visit and invitation from companies in Madagascar.
• If self employed, a letter from your according firm, and/or company registration letter, these letters should specify your company’s name.
  

• Notification of admission from receiving University / College / School.
• Duration of study must be mentionned in the letter.
• Proof of financial means.

• Valid for one month from the date of issue for the period according to work permit issued by local authorities in Madagascar
• Letter requesting a transformable visa by the employer in Madagascar
• Employment contract stamped by the Ministry of Labour in Madagascar
• Certificate of the deposit of employment contract issued by the regional service of Labour in Madagascar
• Police clearance issued by the Police Head Office / the Court of the country of origin and dated less than 3 months
• Open Ticket
